Factory Capacity and Machinery Details :-

Production Capacity – 170 – 190 MT / Month:

Labour strength – 92 Nos. including staff and skilled and unskilled workers for both the facilities.
Cranes - EOT Carne 15 T Capacity double girder – 2 Nos., 5 Ton Capacity single Girder 2 Nos for both the facility.
Cutting Plasma - CNC Plasma 20mm Cutting for piercing & Oxyfuel Double Torch Cutting Machine 125mm Thickness piercing with branded plasma source of 125 Amp. The cutting bed is 3Mtr X 6Mtr.
CO2 Welding Machine.:- 400 Amp. – 12 Nos.
Other Machinery.:- Power Press – 80 MT Cap. – 2 Nos., Iron Worker – 1 No, Bandsaw – 4 Nos, Compressor 7 HP – 3 Nos, Core Cutting Machine 80mm– 6 Nos, shearing & Bending 6mm x 2.5Mtr Width capacity, In house painting facility.
Pick Up Tempo of capacity of 2 MT for local Transportation.
